How Climate Change Impact on Air Travel

Introduction to Climate Change Impact on Air Travel. In this regard, Manoj Joshi , [1] Professor of the Department of Meteorology at the  University of East Anglia [1] in the European country of Britain, said that "C.A.T (Clear Air Turbulance) occurs at certain altitudes or in certain areas. Since it cannot be predicted in advance, sometimes the impact is more on the passenger". Therefore, wearing a 'seat belt' Experts say that climate change could also be a reason for the sudden shaking of planes in mid-air.  In recent times, there have been more incidents of sudden shaking of planes in mid-air.  Last month, a Singapore Airlines flight from London, UK to Singapore shook mid-air like this.  In this, one passenger died;  Also, more than 70 people were injured. Such incidents are happening more recently.  The main reason for this is  'Clear Air Turbulence'   [2] known as C.A.D, or 'Clear Air Turbulence'.  This means that the flight...

Can you lucid dream as you wish?

Lucid Dream

What would you do if you knew you were dreaming while you were sleeping?  Dream according to your imagination, if it shapes the story and is a lucid Dream[1] in your desired scenario, it will be trivial.

If a man has such a power..?  Others turn their dreams into full-time careers.  It's not only fun but also has many possibilities..!  Many psychological studies have been conducted in this regard till date.

Ok let's get to the point.  Can we actually see the dream we want?  If you ask ..how about a dream!  Where?  The understanding that develops is essential.

Ever realize in the middle of a dream that you're really dreaming and it's not real?  If you feel like that it is called 'lucid dream', what is that lucid dream.?

Conscious Lucid Dream

Simply put, if you know you're dreaming while you sleep, and you shape the dream story to suit your imagination, it's a lucid dream.  Such dreams feel vivid, real, and magical in the sense that you can do impossible things like fly through the air, experience breaking free from a building, and make things happen that are impossible in real life.

What if you could create dream scenes of your choice, like your sleep, playing a movie?  A  study suggests that lucid dreamers are better problem solvers

Research suggests that nearly half of all people have had at least one lucid dream.  In 2016, David Saunders[2] and colleagues conducted 34 studies of lucid dreams, showing that 55% of 24,282 people had experienced lucid dreams once or more in their lifetime.

While it's not exactly known why we experience lucid dreams, some studies have found differences in the brains of people who have lucid dreams and those who don't.

The front part of the brain, called the prefrontal cortex,[3] the site of higher-level tasks such as decision-making and recalling memories, is found to be larger in lucid dreamers.

Children naturally have lucid dreams from time to time. A recent Harvard study of children between the ages of 6 and 16 found that most children experience regular lucid dreams as part of their childhood development.

We cannot learn to lucid dream.  While some focused psychological and breathing exercises have been shown to increase the likelihood of lucid dreaming, there is no general strategy for how to do it.

The frequency of lucid dreaming.

Lucid dreaming gives you more energy Many people think that lucid dreaming makes you more tired.  Instead, the brain moves into the gamma wave [4]brain state once we are clear.  This is a brain state commonly associated with people who have meditated for more than 10,000 hours.

But since lucid dreaming is a natural state of meditation, the brain involuntarily drifts into gamma.  When you wake up from a lucid dream, you wake up with a brain bathed in gamma, which is going to give you more energy and more memory in your waking state.

 Indian art of yoga

Indian yogic art has specific yogic exercises for lucid dreaming.  You may be surprised to hear that.  You can actually create desired dreams and navigate through them.  They are dreams that time has already created for us rather than a dream to create.

Allows you to travel through all three time periods: past, present, and future.  It can even be called a virtual time machine.

Well I want to travel in my 'lucid dream' and if you asked what I should do for that, traditional Indian yogis have given me some yoga exercises.  Its name is Tantra Yoga ([5]

TANTRIC MEDITATION

This Tantra Yoga - "TANTRIC MEDITATION" is very old. It is more than 5000 years ago. Yogis and Gnanis keep it very secret from Guru Sishya lineage. These methods are mentioned in Tantrashastras. This Tantra Yoga is the easiest way to attain the highest Yogic Siddhi. Especially it is the most powerful method.  Divided into processes.

*The first mode of action is "controlling or withdrawing from the mental sensations and realizing the breath taking place."

*The second method is to stimulate the Muladhara Chakra[6] through breathing exercises.

* 3,4,5, include practice methods to be learned only through a yoga teacher.

* "Lucid dreaming" falls under this sixth process.

If you practice this yoga practice, you can leave the soul body out of the physical body and roam anywhere in this world.  This soul body functions at the speed of mental thought.  When you think of a distant place, you will be there.  This is mental speed.

Like this, you can travel anywhere in the world.  In addition to training and acting like this, it sometimes happens in sleep to other ordinary people.

But not everyone can remember this experience.  As you wander out into the parakaya Pravesh[7](outer Body Experience)  in a yogic position, you will see multicolored colors.  Colors shine like watching a color cinema.  Seeing in sleep is black and white.  This is the difference between yogis and others.  In the yogic state, you can go wherever you want to go.  But ordinary people can perceive only what the mind is doing in sleep.  That too will disappear as a dream.  This is the philosophy of nature.
